• Account Information: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile data (e.g., name, email, region-dependent unique identifiers) to create/manage your game profile and enable cloud save.
• Gameplay & Progress Data: In‑game actions, items, currency balances, session results, level completion, scores, and preferences.
• Device & Technical Data: Device model, OS/version, language, time zone, IP address, app version, crash logs, performance and diagnostics.
• Usage/Analytics Data: Session counts, duration, features used, funnels, retention, attribution, coarse location (country/region).
• Advertising Data: Ad impressions, clicks, rewarded‑ad completions, and a resettable advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA/AAID) used by our ad partners to serve and measure ads.
• Purchase & Subscription Data: Product identifiers, receipts, and subscription status as processed by platform stores and our purchase infrastructure.

2) How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Game and its features.
• Save/sync your progress across devices via optional cloud save.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
• Personalize gameplay (e.g., difficulty, offers) and measure feature performance.
• Serve, cap, and measure advertising and in‑app promotions.
• Manage purchases and subscriptions, including entitlement validation and refunds handled by the platform stores.

• RevenueCat (in‑app purchases & subscriptions)

These providers may receive the categories of data listed above to deliver their services. Some may aggregate/de‑identify data for benchmarking or to improve their services.

5) Cloud Save (Optional)

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we may store your gameplay/progress data in the cloud to enable recovery and cross‑device sync. You can opt out by playing without signing in. Deleting the app won’t automatically delete cloud saves; contact us to request deletion.

6) Personalized Advertising Choices

You can limit personalized ads by using your device settings to Limit Ad Tracking, Reset Advertising Identifier, or disable personalized ads. In some regions, we may present a consent prompt for ad personalization; you can change your choice in the Game’s settings (if available) or via your device.

7) Data Sharing & Disclosure

• With service providers and SDK partners listed above to operate the Game.
• With platform providers (Apple, Google) to process purchases and platform services.
• To comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale).

We do not sell personal data.

8) International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

9) Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes described above (e.g., while you actively use the Game) and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain de‑identified/aggregated data for longer.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13) Do Not Track

Our services do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and may provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Game after an update signifies acceptance.
